Our Style
Boot Camp
It's a boot camp. It's intensive. It's an educational experience designed for the future. We focus on hands-on learning over old school lectures. You will dig in and start coding from day 1. It's the only way to learn programming.
Almost Zero Lectures
We believe in practical learning. There woud be almost zero lectures. You learn as you work on projects. A typical day starts with an introductory lecture that gives an overview of what will be covered in the day.
Discussions
You will learn new concepts and share with your fellow hackers. We believe that the best way to digest a new concept is to first understand and then explain the concept to someone else. This way, the concepts gets imbibed in your mind.
Live Coding
We introduce concepts with live coding. We will introduce follow-up exercises and projects by starting to do them live on big screen. We explain how to figure out things you don't know. It's not a boring one sided lecture.
Live Projects
You will start with building simple petty apps, then move ahead to build few interesting games. You will eventually build projects that are used in real life. If you are considering to bring your entrepreneurial idea to life, you are in the right hands!
Pair Programming
We believe in pair programming. Novice programmer pairs in particular experience greater productivity gain than lone novice programmers. You will work in pairs on real-world projects. If you get stuck, we are always there to help you get yourself unstuck.
Code Review
We thoroughly review your code to ensure that the end-users are happy with the product you develop. You get to learn advanced lessons that you could otherwise learn only in a job. You will be prepared for industry level responsibility from day one.
Events
You will get to interact with industry veteran guest speakers. Case studies, hackathons, guest lectures are few to mention.
